Godzilla is a dinosaur whos species have survived on a island in the Pacific for over 65 millions years. When A-bomb testing started in the 1940's the radiation cause Godzilla to grow over 400 feet and gave him atomic powers. Godzilla was first known to the world in 1954 when he completly destroyed Tokyo. Through the years Godzilla has attacked many times and has fought many monsters, giving him the title of "King of the Monsters". Death Report: Godzilla has died about nine times in the movies. He has been killed by the oxygen destroyer bomb, an avalanche, King Kong, Mothra, a volcano, Mecha-King Ghidorah, Battra, Nuclear overload, and blown up on Brooklyn Bridge. But currently Godzilla is alive and well.

Armored spikes on his back Origin: Believed to have formed the same way as Godzilla. Anguirus is a distant relative of Godzilla's family. He was first seen fighting Godzilla on an Island in the Pacific. About a day later both monsters would be ravaging Osaka. Death Report: Anguirus has died twice. Once by Godzilla and then later by Mechagodzilla.
First Appearance:King Kong (1933) G Movie Appearances: King Kong vs. Godzilla Weapons: Super Strength Origin: King Kong is a gigantic gorilla that attacked New York in the 30's. Thought to have been dead, King Kong actually swam back to a island. On the island he found some radioactive berries and ate them, causing him to grow 350 feet and giving him the power of absorb electricity. Death Report:King Kong has died by falling off the Empire State Building, Falling off the World Trade Center, and shot to death.
First Appearance:King Kong vs. Godzilla G Movie Appearances: King Kong vs. Godzilla Weapons: none Origin: A giant octopus that grew to giant size when it came into contact with radioactive red berry juice. Oodaku is another monster that terroizes the same island people as King Kong. Death Report: Still alive, warded off by King Kong
Titles:The Thing First Appearance:Mothra G Movie Appearances: Godzilla vs. Mothra,Ghidorah: The Three Headed Monster, Godzilla vs. The Sea Monster, Destroy All Monsters, Godzilla's Revenge, Godzilla vs. Gigan, Godzilla vs. Megalon, Godzilla vs. Queen Mothra, Godzilla vs. Space Godzilla Weapons: Flying, cocooning, poison dust, death rays, and flying at super sonic speeds causing hurricane force winds. Origin: The origin of Mothra is partly unknown. Scientists think that Mothra is a product of atomic testing, but according to the people who live on Mothra's island that the giant moth has been around longer than that. The caretakers of this beast are the twin 10-inch girls, "The Cosmos". Mothra was born from a massive egg found on a Pacific Island. Mothra's first form was that of a giant caterpillar. After destoying parts of Tokyo, the caterpillar cocooned itself around Tokyo Tower. From the cocoon emerged a gigantic moth. Mothra is not a evil monster like Godzilla or Rodan, instead it is a protector of te Earth. The only reason it destroys things is only when its caretakers are separated from it. In 1992, Mothra's evil twin brother Battra (Black Mothra) hatched, and destoyed most of Yokohama. Death Report: Mothra has been killed by Godzilla once and then later the Motha flew out into space to stop a asteroid from crashing into the Earth, later the moth was reborn on earth and is now fighting other monsters.
Titles: The Three-Headed Monster First Appearance:Ghidorah: The Three-Headed Monster, Monster Zero G Movie Appearances: Ghidorah: The Three Headed Monster, Godzilla vs. Monster Zero, Destroy All Monsters, Godzilla vs. Gigan, Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla, Terror of Mechagodzilla, Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah Weapons: Flying at Mach 4, Lightning Death Ray shoots from all three heads Origin (Classic): Godzilla's main nemesis. The golden dragon came from a meteorite that fell to earth. Ghidorah has been a favorite monster of aliens seeking world domination. After losing his first fight with Godzilla, Mothra, and Rodan, Ghidorah flew to the tiny Planet X. Planet X then used Ghidorah to attack earth. He was again beat into the ground by Godzilla and Rodan. In the future he was used by the Kilaak aliens, but Ghidorah was smacked down royally by all of Earth's monsters. You would think that Ghidorah would be tired of all this abuse. Guess not, because he fought with his buddy Gigan, but he was beaten but Anguirus, one of the weaker monsters. Origin (new): King Ghidorah began life as three separate creatures called the Dorats. When people from the future went back to the time Godzilla was transformed into what he is today they let the dorats on the same island as Godzilla. Exposed to the intense radiation, the Dorats fuse into the towering creature Ghidorah. Death Report: King Ghidorah has only been killed. Godzilla blew of his middle head and let him crash into the ocean, but later the three headed beast was given new life as Mecha-King Ghidorah.
Titles: The Flying Monster First Appearance:Rodan G Movie Appearances: Ghidorah: The Three-Headed Monster, Godzilla vs. Monster Zero, Destroy All Monsters, Godzilla's Revenge, Godzilla vs. Gigan, Godzilla vs. Megalon, Terror of Mechagodzilla, Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla (II) Weapons: Flying at Mach 5, Sonic Waves, Death Ray, transfering its power to other monsters. Origin: Rodan is believed to be one of the last remaining Pterosaurs. His egg, comtaminated by radiation, hatch in the sixies killing many miners in a nearby coal mine. He wasn't the only winged monster flying about. Rodan had a mate too! Death Report: The two original Rodans died in a vocanic eruption. One did survive begin encased in lava and teamed up with Godzilla and Mothra. The last Rodan became extinct after fighting the new and improved Mechagodzilla in 1993.
Titles:The Sea Monster First Appearance:Godzilla vs. The Sea Monster G Movie Appearances: Godzilla vs. The Sea Monster, Godzilla's Revenge Weapons: 2 sharp claws. One used for stabbing and the other for clamping on things. Origin: Little is known about the Sea Monster Ebirah. Possibly another radioactive mutation. It's only weakness is juice from a fruit that looks like a lemon. Death Report: Even though Godzilla ripped off both of it's claws, Ebirah is a crustacean, so he can regenerate his limbs. After the battle, Ebirah swam off in the ocean never to be heard from again.
First Appearance:Godzilla vs. The Sea Monster G Movie Appearances: Godzilla vs. The Sea Monster, Godzilla's Revenge Weapons: flying Origin: This monster is another radioactive mutant. The Giant Condor is not very strong. It didn't give Godzilla too much trouble to get rid of it. Death Report: Godzilla fried it with his atomic breath and the now Kentucky Fied Chicken crashed in the ocean.
First Appearance:Son of Godzilla G Movie Appearances: Son of Godzilla, Godzilla's Revenge Weapons: flying and sharp claws. Origin: Originally a twelve foot mantis, but after an atomic storm it grew to about 250 ft. There were originally 3 Giamantises, but after two of them fell before the mighty Godzilla the third flew off the fight another day. Death Report: The two Giamantises were killed when they fought Godzilla, but the third and most powerful became the dinner of Spiega, the giant tarantula.
First Appearance:Son of Godzilla G Movie Appearances: Son of Godzilla, Godzilla's Revenge, Destroy All Monsters, Godzilla vs. Gigan, Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla (II), Godzilla vs. Spacegodzilla, Godzilla vs. The Destroyer, Godzilla Weapons: Godzilla's atomic death ray. Origin (old): Minya was born on monster island. He is a peaceful creature and has trouble using his atomic flame. Origin (new):Baby Godzilla is the peaceful son of Godzilla, but later he became as large as his Father and tried to help him defeat The Destroyer. Origin (USA): One of the thousands of terrible baby Godzilla's born in Madison Square Garden. Death Report: The first baby disappeared from all recorded history, the second is rumored to be the new Godzilla, and the American baby Godzilla's (except one) were all killed by attack planes.
First Appearance:Son of Godzilla G Movie Appearances: Son of Godzilla, Destroy All Monsters Weapons: Strong silk web, poisonous bite. Origin: A huge tarantula that was born on Monster Island. It killed whoever went there and it killed the last remaining Giamantis. Its origin is unknown. Death Report: Spiega was killed by Godzilla, but somehow returned to help fight Ghidorah with all of Earth's Monsters.
First Appearance:King Kong Escapes G Movie Appearances: Destory All Monsters, Godzilla's Revenge Weapons: death ray Origin: Gorosaurus is an ancient dinosaur that came to be around the same time as Godzilla. Gorosaurus was discovered when he fought King Kong. He was one of the main monsters to help Godzilla fight Ghidorah. Death Report: Gorosaurus is alive and well, now a regular resident of Monster Island.
First Appearance:Atragon G Movie Appearances: Destroy All Monsters Weapons: Burrowing underground, death ray Origin: A radioactive sea serpent that grew to large proportions. Death Report: Manda is alive and is on Monster Island.
First Appearance:Frankenstein Conquers the World G Movie Appearances: Destroy All Monsters Weapons: Jumping high and lightning death ray. Origin: Another radioactive lizard. This one fought Frankenstein Death Report: I supposed it was killed by Frankenstien, but the horned lizard returned to fight Ghidorah. Baragon is now living on Monster Island.
Titles:The Unbelivable First Appearance:Varan: The Unbelievable G Movie Appearances: Destroy All Monsters Weapons: Flying Origin: A reptile formed by an experiment that changes salt water to fresh water. He attacked Tokyo and later stood by and did nothing to help Godzilla fight Ghidorah. Death Report: Varan was killed when he had a chemical shot in its stomach, then he later returned to be a spectator of Godzilla's big fight with Ghidorah. He now lives on Monster Island, but is rarely seen or even heard.
First Appearance:Godzilla's Revenge G Movie Appearances: Godzilla's Revenge Weapons: Lightning comes out of his claws Origin: There really isn't an origin for this monster since he was supposedly imagined by a little boy. But Gabera is the catlike creature of monster island and constantly bullies Minya around. Death Report: Gabera didn't died after he fought Godzilla, and there is some speculation that the Cat creature even exists.
Title:The Smog Monster First Appearance:Godzilla vs. The Smog Monster G Movie Appearances: Godzilla vs The Smog Monster Weapons: laser eyes, flying Origin: Formed from all the pollutants in Suruga Bay. It grows with every pollutant it can consume. Hedorah detroyed many of Japan's major cities and polluted them with his presence. Death Report: Hedorah was dehydrated by a huge electronic machine and then, what was left of the monster was cruched by Godzilla's foot.
First Appearance:Godzilla vs. Gigan G Movie Appearances: Godzilla vs. Gigan, Godzilla vs. Megalon Weapons: laser death ray, Jet cutter buzz saw, Razor sharp claws, flying at Mach 3, travels through space in a crystal. Origin: A huge super powered cyborg bird creature. Gigan was created in the Nebula Space Hunter M. Gigan travels from galaxy to galaxy ravaging nermous planets. He is an ally of King Ghidorah and Megalon Death Report: Both of Gigan's metalic hook arms were broken, but he still was able to fly back into outer space.
First Appearance:Godzilla vs. Megalon G Movie Appearances: Godzilla vs. Megalon Weapons: Tunneling undergroud, star laser, mouth bombs, drill-like hands. Origin: This oversized cockroach has no known origin. It is worshiped as a god in the Atlantis-like kingdom of Seatopia. The Seatopians want to use Megalon to destroy all of the people on the surface. Megalon goes on a rampage, but it was stopped by Godzilla, so the Seatopians call on Gigan to help even out the score. Death Report: Godzilla weakened Megalon by making the giant bug swallow it's own detructive bombs. Megalon tried to fly back to safety, but crashed and died in the crater it came out of.
First Appearance:Godzilla vs. Megalon G Movie Appearances: Godzilla vs. Megalon Weapons: Flying, night vision, and size increasement Origin: A robot that when against its controller so it could try to save the world. It grew to enormous proportions and decided to fight Megalon. It fared pretty well until Gigan came onto the scene. Death Report: Jet Jaguar shrank back to its original size and when back to its controller.
Title:The Cosmic Monster, The Bionic Monster First Appearance:Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla G Movie Appearances: Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla, Terror of Mechagodzilla, Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla (II) Weapons (old): Space Titanium skin, laser eyes, finger missles, flying at Mach 4, plasma laser, finger spears, atomic death ray, toe missles, knee missles, atomic shield. Weapons (new):Diamond coated metalic skin, eye lasers, wrist missles, flying at Mach 4, Plasma Missle Cannon, atomic death ray, Paralyzer Missles, G crusher, Garuda Attack Plane. Origin (old): Probably the most powerful of all the Godzilla monsters other than Godzilla himself! Mechagodzilla is a cyborg from the thrid planet of the black hole. Mechagodzilla came out of Mt. Fugi and posed as the real Godzilla. He killed the Anguirus and destoyed much of Tokyo. Then the real Godzilla showed his face and blew the fake Godzilla skin off the cyborg. Then Mechagodzilla shot its whole arsenal of weapons at Godzilla. Godzilla retreated and Mechagodzilla continued to ravage the city. Mechagodzilla's main target wasn't Godzilla, but the mythical creature Kingseesar. Mechagodzilla's ally is Titanosaurus. Origin (new):The New Mechagodzilla was the instrument of G-force, a branch of the army sent to study and destroy Godzilla. The got the technology to build it from the mechanical head of the futuristic Mecha-King Ghidorah. Mechagodzilla's diamond coated skin absorbed Godzilla's heat ray, and when the mechanical monster combined itself with the flying craft Garuda, it became the Super Mechagodzilla. Mechagodzilla is responsible for the death of Rodan.
Death Report: The Old Mechagodzilla was killed twice. Both times its head was torn off by Godzilla. The new Mechagodzilla was killed by Godzilla's radioactivity melting its diamond coating. After the coating melted Godzilla detroyed the Bonic Monster for the last time, with his atomic blast.
First Appearance:Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla G Movie Appearances: Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla Weapons: Absorbs death rays, riviving dead monsters Origin: Kingseesar is the guardian monster of the Okinawa Royal Family. Kingseesar awoke from its long slumber to fight Mechagodzilla. Kingseesar was at quite a disadvantage since Mechagodzilla had every weapon in the book. Good thing Godzilla was there to save him. Death Report: After his battle with Mechagodzilla, Kingseesar when back into hibernation with a mountain, never to be heard of every again.
First Appearance:Terror of Mechagodzilla G Movie Appearances: Terror of Mechagodzilla Weapons: Creates a windstorm with it's tail. Origin: A prehistoric reptile. Titanosaurus was dicovered by Dr. Mafuni. Dr. Mafuni controls the monster through his daughter Katsura. Titanosaurus sank a nuclear sub and headed for Tokyo. Dr. Mafuni made an agreement with the Third Planet of the Black Hole aliens that Titanosaurus would be the ally of Mechagodzilla. Titanosaurus has one weakness. He is sensitive to sonar waves Death Report: Titanosuarus was killed by Godzilla's death ray and his body fell in the ocean never to be seen again.
First Appearance:Godzilla vs. Biollante G Movie Appearances: Godzilla vs. Biollante, Godzilla vs. Space Godzilla Weapons: A devestating acid spray, tendrils, power sac in chest gives unlimited energy. Origin: Created when Dr. Shiragami tried to combine Godzilla cells, rose cells, and a human spirit so he could make an imortal plant. The outcome was a 500 foot creature named Biollante. The spirit within Biollante was originally Shiragami's late wife Erica, but within a few days Erica's spirt disappeared and all that was left was the horrible monster Biollante.
Death Report: Erica's spirit regained control over Biollante and made the monster chase Godzilla back into the sea, but shortly after that Biollante evaporated into the sky and then supposibly died.
Title:The Black Mothra First Appearance:Godzilla vs. Queen Mothra G Movie Appearances: Godzilla vs. Queen Mothra Weapons: Laser eyes, flying at super sonic speeds Origin: The evil twin brother of Mothra. Battra was created to destroy Mothra back in prehistory. When Mothra's egg was unearth in the 1990's Battra arose from an ocean trench. In caterpillar from he raved many Japanese cities. Unlike Mothra, Battra does not need to have a cocoon to change into its adult stage. Through telepathy, Battra knows the exact minute when Mothra has turned into an adult monster. Just as Mothra comes out of its cocoon Battra also changes within a few seconds. In adult stage Battra began to terrorize the skies over Yokohama. Death Report: Battra turned good and decided to help his brother Mothra in his fight with Godzilla. Battra's career as a hero was a short one because Godzilla killed Battra while the giant moth was flying the thunder lizard out to sea, and both monsters crashed into the ocean.
First Appearance:The Mysterians G Movie Appearances: Godzilla vs. Spacegodzilla Weapons: eye lasers cannons, flying at Mach 4, drilling, plasma cannon, missile ports in the arms, tunneling underground, two vehicle body system (The Land Moguera and the Star Falcon). Origin: Originally a giant robot from a different planet. In the 1990's it was given new life as the Moblie Operations Godzilla Universal Expert Robot Areotype. Moguera was used by G-Force as a replacement for Mechagodzilla. The new robot didn't have as many weapons as Mechagodzilla, but Moguera had the ability of drilling underground. Before Moguera could be tested to fight Godzilla, the new Spacegodzilla came. The robots objectives were changed to destroy Spacegodzilla instead on the original Godzilla. But since the cyborg was disigned to fight the earth Godzilla instead of the more powerful version there is a slim chance that it can defeat Spacegodzilla. Death Report: Moguera made a heroic flight into Spacegodzilla. The robot was ultimatly destoyed and blew apart in one billion pieces. Still this distraction gave Godzilla a slight advantage over his alien double.
First Appearance:Godzilla vs. Spacegodzilla G Movie Appearances: Godzilla vs. Spacegodzilla Weapons: Corona atomic death ray, telepathic powers, massive crysal formations, fire lightning blasts, crystal shield, flying Origin: When Biollante's cells went into space, some of them combined with a cystaline substance in space. The G-cell-crysal was then sucked into a black hole and then came out a white hole. Spacegodzilla was formed. Spacegodzilla is a mutated form of Godzilla. Death Report: The Moguera robot destoryed Spacegodzilla's crystal monoliths on his back limiting the creatures power. Godzilla took care of the rest with his atomic ray, frying every G-cell in the alien double.
First Appearance:Godzilla vs. The Destoryer G Movie Appearances: Godzilla vs. The Destroyer Weapons: Oxygen destroying breath, flying, mutating, death rays Origin: Formed from the remains of the oxygen destroyer bomb that was used to kill Godzilla back in 1954. In the 1990's a microscopic creature began killing the fish in an aquarium. Within a few days the organism grew into about 35 creatures about 8 ft. tall. Then the monsters combined into one forming a monstousity over 200 ft. tall. The Destroyer started tearing apart Tokyo. At about the same time Godzilla's son, now full grown, went to fight destroyer. His attemp failed and the real Godzilla showed up. Godzilla was glowing red and just hours before his nuclear meltdown. Godzilla engaged the Destroyer and supposibly killed it. Then the destroyer's cells formed into one again and now it was in its adult stage which was over 420 ft tall. Then the two monsters engaged in a fight to the death battle which would destroy both of them. Death Report: The Destoryer was eliminated just seconds before Godzilla also died of his internal nuclear meltdown.
First Appearance:Godzilla 2000 G Movie Appearances: Godzilla 2000 Weapons: Death ray, slashing claws, mutating into whatever monster it swallows in battle, regernation. Origin: After Godzilla reappeared in the new millieum, a spaceship raised itself out of the ocean. The spaceship started flying over Tokyo and landed on one of the major buildings. It logged on the internet and started sucking up all the information it could find. The spaceship became interested in the monster Godzilla because of Godzilla's ability of regernation. Before it could get all of the information it needed, Godzilla showed up and blasted the building it was on. The space ship then sent its essence down to earth to fight Godzilla. The essence was Orga. Orga was partially Godzilla since it could regerate its cells at a massive rate. Godzilla destroyed the space ship, but Orga was now on the loose. Orga just didn't want to be another monster, it wanted to be Godzilla. In order to do this Orga would have to kill Godzilla and swallow him. Death Report: Orga was just in process of swallowing Godzilla, but then Godzilla shot his death ray inside the monster. Godzilla emgerged alive. Orga tried to regerate itself, but since its head and brain was gone. The creature disintegrated.
