Edward Gerald Wickliff Sr

Gerald Wickliffe, Sr., 70, of Midlothian, Texas, passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2013. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, September 16, 2013, in the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m., Tuesday, September 17, 2013, in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Bristol cemetery. Gerald was born in Dallas, Texas, to the late E.G. Wickliffe and Geraldyne Wilson Wickliffe. He made his home in the Ferris Bristol area for the majority of his life. Gerald married Linda Ruth Pringle on April 1, 1961. He was a proud Ferris Yellowjacket alumni. He contributed and served his community as a School Board member for two terms and served as president of the Booster Club for Ferris ISD. One of the enjoyable times in his life was building and running the Hitch-N-Post. Gerald mentored several young people in the community by opening his home and heart, including coaching the Tigers Little League baseball team. He was a great listening ear and a wise advisor. Gerald spent his adult life in the printing industry, retiring at the first of the year as Vice President of Manufacturing for Lincoln Press in Dallas. He found great joy working with his son, daughter and grandson in his later years. He enjoyed his retirement ranching, working on his farm in Corsicana, and continuing his never ending job of teaching his kids and grandkids dominos. He was preceded in death by his daughters, Sheryl Jeanette and Debra Lynn; and sisters, Jo Ellen and Sandra. Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Linda; son, Gerald, Jr. and his wife, Jamie; daughter, Lori D'Ann Ehly and her husband, Daron; grandchildren, Keri, Eric, Clark and Kati; great-grandchildren, Destiny, Ethan and Alexis; brother, Greg Wickliffe; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Obituary for Barbara Louise Hall Barbara Hall, 62, of Big Spring, died Tuesday, July 15, 2014 in Midland. Memorial services will be held at 6:30 PM Friday, July 18, 2014 at Life Church with Pastor Kevin Knudson officiating.Barbara was born June 3, 1952 in Midland, Texas to Ethel and Floyd Pringle. She came to Big Spring from Midland in 1964. She married Mike Hall on November 27, 1970 in Big Spring. She was a Certified Interior Decorator and a Certified Mortgage Broker. She owned and operated 3s Company Rental. She loved decorating and remodeling; traveling and seeing the world. She was a loving wife and mother and was a member of Life Church.She is survived by her husband Mike Hall of Big Spring; one son: Zac Hall and fianc Kelley Wolfe; two sisters: Catherine Wendland and husband Wendt, all of Big Spring; Wanda Shoemake and husband David of Bedford and one brother: Chuck Pringle and wife Carmen of Ennis.She was preceded in death by her parents
