Tentative Schedule

Friday, June 25^th:   
    Ø      Morning sometime -- Golf Tournament (time to be determined)
    Ø      2:30 PM – Registration opens at Fort Davis Cow Camp
        §         Silent Auction items accepted also.
    Ø      Dinner on your own. List of restaurants included in this packet.
    Ø      Also note that most restaurants in Fort Davis close around 9:00 pm .
    Ø      7:30 PM  Welcome and Ice Cream Social at the Cow Camp.

You are welcome to “hang-out” and visit with everyone anytime at the Cow Camp. There will be horse shoe and washer games set up…good time to get some tournaments and family fun going!!!  

Saturday, June 26^th:
    Ø      Breakfast and lunch on your own.
    Ø      We are trying to finalize an activity for this morning/early afternoon.  
    Ø      The Cow Camp will open around 9:30 AM , for anyone who wants to                  
        §         work on genealogy, visit or play horse shoes or washers.
    Ø      Check the enclosed “Sites to See & Do” in the area.
    Ø      If you got in too late to register on Friday night, someone will be at the Cow Camp to register you.
    Ø      6:30 PM Dinner at the Cow Camp
        §         Golf awards, Cow Calling Contest
    Ø      Speaker & entertainment
    Ø      Silent Auction ends  

Sunday, June 27^th:
    Ø      9:30 AM Sunday morning breakfast at the Cow Camp
                            Family devotional & Memorial Service
                            Invitation for the next McCutcheon Family Reunion!
