Tuesday, November 9, the lady eagles made their first public appearance for the ’99-’00 season. They played Jonesboro and Meridian in a scrimmage. Both of the games ended in defeat for the eagles, however, but they are still looking forward to a great season. It was just a scrimmage and the ladies are now ready for action. Bonnie Johnson played great defense and was named the best defensive player of the game as well as being named the player with the most hustle. Good luck Lady Eagles!
