Sunday Worship - TTT Style

There's a place in a warehouse in Kings Cross, London known as The Church. This place is far from the place that your parents used to drag you to on a Sunday morning. In fact, it's the sort of place that your parents warned you to keep away from. Nevertheless, you will do well to say a few prayers before you enter - for this Church is dedicated to the worship of the god of the yobbos - beer - and lots of it.

The Church is an important event in the social calendar of your average Southern Hemisphere yobbo doing time in London. You can find more information on Church 'services' at The Church's official webpage. Three of the TTT Board have attended - The Prince (twice), The MP (three times), and The Warrior (once was enough for him). Our associate The Cro has also attended on three occasions. Here are some scenes from that fateful Sunday in November when The Warrior, The MP and The Cro made their way from Kenton to Kings Cross to sink some serious piss...

Around midday the drinking kicks off (not counting the beers on the train on the way in, that is) with a cold can of the precious amber fluid all the way from Oz.

Time wears on and things get sillier...

...and sillier, It goes on until the clock strikes 4pm and it's all over and we were flung out into the street only to feel strangely disoriented by the fact that we're totally hammered and it's still light! It's called beer lag...

Soon enough we found ourselves on the Tube on the way to the Shepard's Bush Walkabout, another Aussie watering hole in grey London town....

...but we didn't last too long and soon it was back to the TTT UK Headquarters at Kenton for a little lie down...

...and a bit of flag waving!

And so the day ended at around 8pm, which is about the time when most meetings begin. Another hard day's worship at The Church.

Amen to that! TTTake me back!
