Spirit: the vital principle or animating force within living beings; the soul Inspiration: stimulation of the mind or emotions to a high level of feeling or activity. The soul, the inner being, the start and end of everything, I must nurture. Mind, Body and Soul – the first two can not exist without the third. For many years I ignored my soul but I believe eventually we get to a place where we can not ignore that which is really what we are, not just a part of us, that which connects us to everything. I have continued to search for that connection and that journey has brought me to many places I never knew existed. I hope this page can help others but it is mostly for me – to express, to love, to reinforce. Take care and never stop searching.

From Conversations with God We choose the circumstances of our human condition to provide an appropriate context for our soul's intentions for a particular life. Very often when we experience ourselves as "different" this is because we can only truly experience who we are in the context of who we are not. Only love is real. Everything else is illusion created to enable us to explore and express who we are and who we choose to be. When we find things "difficult" this is the surest sign that we are growing in new directions and creating the next grandest version of the greatest vision we have of ourselves. Each circumstance is perfect for this purpose, and this is why we are invited to bless each circumstance and see the perfection it offers us.
