Heat Stroke:

In heat stroke, the body is unable to lower its temperature (normally between 101 and 102 degrees F, [38.3-38.9 degrees C]), which is elevated because of excessive heat and direct sun (during travel, in a hutch without shade, etc). Panting, which is used to regulate the body temperature, is ineffectual. The rabbit lies at full length, rapidly panting with open nostrils and often foaming at the mouth.
Remove the rabbit to a cool, shady (not cold and dark!), well-ventilated area where it can move freely. Offer it a dish of water at room temperature and fresh, crisp green food. Cool the rabbit's head and legs ( in that order!) with a cool, damp cloth.
