THE RABBIT P.A.D.D.

Hello my name is Dawn. My husband David, daughters-Ashley and Payton, and I got started in Feb. 99. We were given 3 Californians as pets and we knew we couldn't stop there. When we started it was supposed to be for my daughter Ashley to have a pet and learn responsibility. Needless to say, we have all learned. Our interest in rabbits has grown so much we now have 5 different breeds. They include: Californians (go figure), Holland Lop (just starting), Netherland Dwarf, 1 Mini Rex pet that somebody dumped in our backyard, and 1 fiesty little BEW Polish. And of course, they are all my babies and spoiled rotten.
Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that I would have rabbits. Now I can't imagine my life without them.
We all joined ARBA and Ashley has joined the local 4-HClub.
Our registered rabbitry name is The Rabbit P.A.D.D. I guess by looking at our names you can figure out what P.A.D.D. stands for.
My own personal long-term goal is to become an official ARBA judge and a veterinarian specializing in rabbits and cavies.
I have been studying every book that I can get my hands on. My short-term goal is to have fun with the bunnies and to show them as much as possible.
