This is Queen Margaret of Scotland and the Isles, Princess Royal of England as played by the lovely and talented Ellen "Wild Turkey" Horr. A bio of the Divine Miss E is forthcoming. Ellen played Dame Molly Golightly, Mistress of the Revels at Scarborough Faire the Renaissance Festival. Without her, the court would just be standing around trying to remember the steps to the Hokey Pokey. To quote the grandest of the Grand Herselves, "Don't screw the pooch!!"
