MoPaRz Rants - Topic: The Antivirus Conspiracy?
12/13/99: This is something that I have been thinking about for awhile and i think that its worth thinking about...

Viruses and Antivirus', welcome the the world of computing... Because of these viri, we spend billions on antivirus programs. Where do all these viri come from? It just maybe that the Antivirus people are creating some of these viri! Why, you ask would they do this? Well, think about it... most viri these days have been there and done that, so antiviri programs can catch them, but how to you keep the public buying new versions of antivirus programs? You join forces with the viri makers and/or make them yourself, then tell the world about your new virus that you "discovered" and don't forget to add the fact that your software protects users from it! Getting Interesting, huh? Well get this, I recently read that this new virus out can update itself via the internet... moving down the news document on ZDNet i found that this new virus' updating ability strikingly resembles the Norton Antivirus AutoUpdate Technology!

Hmmmm.... Sure makes you think... If there are no more viri then the antiviri people are out of work, so what do you do? why make a demand within the market. Now i'm not saying that any of this is true, what i am saying is that it is a big possibility. Heck! All those Antiviri people were virus writers at one point or another....

Always keep an open mind! On a lighter note, if you have any comments, etc I encourage you to email me about any rant I have posted...
