Limitations - equipment you need:

       The Genuine Opportunity Seekers' Mailing List Program is only available to persons who have an Internet-Capable Computer with a Hard Disk. Diskless so-called Internet Appliances and WebTV systems are unsuitable vehicles for doing on-line business.


      
Limitations - How long it takes
How it works:

    • We cannot guarantee how long it will take for your list to be built.
    • There will always be up to 2,500 or more other members all actively recruiting new members all the time.
    • Until your list is completed, every new member that THEY recruit will also become a part of your list.
    • As soon as your application for membership is approved, all of these recruiters will be above you in a one wide by up to 2,501 deep matrix of confirmed paid-up members, with unlimited spillover.
    • This means that as each member above you completes building their list, they receive their list and drop off the system, and you move one level closer to the top.
    • When you reach the top of the list, you receive your list and your commissions.
      
Start immediately:

    • Each new member, regardless of who recruited them, is added to the bottom of the matrix as soon as their membership is approved.
    • New members cannot earn commissions until their membership fees are paid.
    • Accounts still unpaid after seven days will be erased.
    • Unpaid members are not eligible to be included in any list provided to another member - making the payment validates that you are serious and a Genuine Opportunity Seeker.

Membership and Money Matters

    • The cost of each membership is a one-time payment of $25.00
    • Payment can be made through...

        immediate activation at any time;
      • Safe on-line VISA Credit Card - any time
        but activation only possible during office hours;
      • Secure off-line (telephone) VISA Credit Card
        OFFICE HOURS ONLY.
    • Your membership is activated as soon as your payment is processed.
    • Your membership will terminate when you reach the top of the list (position #1) and your list of 2,500 genuine opportunity seekers is filled.
    • Every paid-up member receives $10 for each paid-up member that they recruit.
    • Commissions are paid ONLY by check drawn on a major US bank, and ONLY at the same time that your list is filled and delivered.
    • You can see your position and status in the program on-line at any time.
    • The membership list cycles, lists are delivered and commissions to cycled members are paid out, daily at dawn.
      
Really Heavy Stuff:

       Please Note: You can start recruiting and earning commission credits immediately your membership is activated and your fees have been paid. You are not entitled to any of the benefits of membership (Commissions and Lists) while your membership fees remain unpaid.
Commissions earned cannot be offset against your unpaid membership (because you are not entitled to those commissions if you have not paid).
If your membership fees remain unpaid for seven days your membership will be terminated without further warning.
Commissions are only payable in respect of PAID UP memberships.
In the event that, after payment, your check or VISA payment is subsequently reversed, or if your check is returned as NSF, Account Closed or similar, you will be held liable for all of the costs of any collection processes that we initiate to recover your payment. You will also be blocked from joining all programs operated by us and added to a universal database of dishonorable netizens. Such behavior places a huge burden on E-Commerce sites and will no longer be tolerated by these operators.
