Phillip Donovan, Primogen of Brujah and Seneschal of Dallas

For a Brujah, this guy's pretty calm.   I've never seen him get pissed off, but I heard that when he does - he's meaner than a rabid bull on crack.  I don't know if he's an elder, but he sure acts like one.  Maybe that's why the Prince likes him so much.
