Joel H. Aldredge

Joel H. Aldredge, 2nd Lieutenant, Company L, 18th Texas Infantry, was in Arkansas when he sent a bible home to his wife, Frances, and was never heard from again. His wife and one daughter survived him. Joel's nephew, Sam Gann, said that Joel was taken prisoner and shipped to a prison camp in Chicago, where he died.
