Dream of: 07 July 2011 "A Night To Remember"

I wanted to buy a house (which seemed to be in Columbus, Ohio) but I didn't have enough money. I had met a blonde-haired woman at a motel and I was trying to persuade her to use her credit card to rent a car, and to pay part of the purchase price of the house. The woman was around 25 years old, short, and fairly attractive. I talked and talked with her. I thought she was going to agree, but finally she said she wasn't going to do it. Nevertheless, I continued trying to persuade her. I knew I was running out of time and finally I gave up.

As we walked toward her car, I turned away and walked back toward the front of the motel. Abruptly a second woman (also around 25 years old) walked up to me and said, "Give me an opportunity."

I turned toward her and started talking with her. I told her I was going to give her an opportunity and I began explaining my proposition about the car and the house to her. As I was talking, the first woman walked back up to me. Now the first woman was obviously interested in what I was saying.

Abruptly someone called for the second woman and she had to step away for a moment. Before she left, I asked her what room she was in. She said, "312."

I memorized the number so I could get back in touch with her if I couldn't work out a deal with the first woman.

I started walking again with the first woman who was finally willing to agree to my proposition. As we walked, I put my arm around her, kissed her, and said, "This is going to be a night to remember."

I thought to myself that I would always remember this night because this was the kind of experience which I rarely had.

As I was kissing her, I realized the woman was Mireya (a Colombian woman I had dated in Dallas in 1985). Happy to be with her, I continued to explain what would be involved with the car and the house. We started across a street which was filled with ice and snow. We became separated for a moment, but quickly joined back together and began running down the snow-covered street. When she slipped and fell under a sheet of watery ice, I stopped and pulled her out. She was bundled up so well that she appeared unaffected. We continued on down the street.
