Dream of: 13 April 1998 (2) "Anticipatory Contract"
I wanted to return to Ohio and practice law there. I knew this was going to be quite a challenge, since I knew so little about Ohio law. Most importantly, I would first have to be admitted to the bar in Ohio. Although there was a process to be admitted without having to take the bar exam again, I was afraid that I wouldn't qualify, and that I would have to once again take the grueling bar exam.
That meant I would have to study. I figured I probably had six months until the next exam, so that gave me some time. There was just so much to cover, I didn't know where to begin. I would have to study family law and probate law, as well as torts and contracts. Contracts alone was so complex, it would take a lot of work. There were so many different kinds of contracts. Was there not something called an "anticipatory contract"? I couldn't remember well.
