Dream of: 24 April 1994 "Messenger From The Devil"
I was in what appeared to be a bedroom, and while here, I gradually realized I had a bed in the room. I also realized I had received the bed from the devil in exchange for my soul.
A man (probably in his late 20s) walked into the room, a messenger from the devil. His hair was cut in a burr right down to the scalp. He sometimes seemed to be black, and sometimes he seemed to be white.
I decided I was going to try to trick the man, and give the bed back to him, so I could get my soul back. I knew if he took the bed, the matter would be settled, and I would get my soul back. I spoke with him, and soon, without much difficulty, I persuaded him to take the bed back. But almost as soon as he had agreed to take the bed back, he realized he had made a mistake, and he tried to back out of it. I quickly responded that there was no way, that we had an agreement, and that the matter was settled. He just as quickly responded that when he returned to the devil, he would make something up. I quizzed him, asking him whether he thought the devil knew everything which was going on, whether he thought the devil knew what was happening here. I asked, "You don't think he knows what's going on here now?"
I could see by the fear in the man's eyes and on his face that he knew he would be severely punished when he returned to the devil because he had let my soul go. But as I continued to talk with him, my thoughts became a little confused. I began thinking it was my body, not my bed, which was involved in the exchange here. Finally (confusing the actual exchange), I said, "Plain and simple. You give me back my body, I'll give you my soul."
But my thoughts were clear. I knew the devil must adhere to the agreement, and that now I had my soul back. I was free from the exchange which I had made.
