Dream of: 10 July 1993 "Indian Encampment"

I was with a group of people who had been having a conflict with some Indians. The Indians had been camped near us, but had hurriedly left, leaving some of their things behind. I hesitated, then walked over to where their encampment had been, to see if they had left anything behind. I went to where the chief had been sitting and found a colorful towel which I picked up. I kept looking and found a pair of nice binoculars. But I thought those might belong to someone on our side and the Indians had stolen them. I might have to give them back. I then found several plastic boxes with some horse halters in them. I hollered and asked if anyone else wanted the halters. I then began taking them out of the boxes. I thought I might be able to use the boxes to put things, such as the binoculars, in.

I kept walking around and came to a section where there were some benches. I saw something lying on one of the benches and picked it up. It was a piece of brown wood shaped like a knife. But the handle was flared out and resembled a bunch of feathers. It also was quite nice and I decided to keep it, too.
