Dream of: 27 May 1992 "Sliding"

My father and I were on the banks of the Ohio River. As we walked along we met a couple women, chatted with them for a few minutes, then continued on. The bank became slippery and I began sliding. I kept sliding all the way to the water, passed through a little water to the other side. I had such speed built up that I slid right through the water and continued on sliding up the other side, up the side of a big hill. The hill was quite steep, and I went right up the side of it. I could see my father, who wasn't able to slide as fast as me, had become angry because I had gone on ahead of him. He began climbing up the side of the hill behind me. The hill seemed made of a pink granite.

From the position where I was, I was just hanging there and I couldn't move much farther. I told my father I couldn't move. I thought perhaps he might be able to get his car and drive around to the top of the hill and pull me up. I was scared. I didn't see how I was going to be able to go up or down. I called out, "I don't think I'm going to be able to make it. I'm scared."
