Wheat (a Dallas attorney a few years old than I) and I were walking along Gallia Street in Portsmouth, Ohio, in front of the large Catholic and Methodist churches, the largest in town. I pointed out to Wheat how beautiful the churches were, and I told him how I loved Portsmouth. As we walked in the direction of downtown, I told him we were coming to a section of town which was quite beautiful. Ahead of us was an artistically created white arch over the street. The arch appeared to have a small room in the middle of it above the street. As we passed the library on our left, I also commented about how I liked the library.
