My father and I had gone to a place which appeared to be close to the ocean, perhaps in Florida. As we stood on a bridge over a lake, I pointed out some turtles to my father. He told me there were frogs in the lake, and when I looked to the other side of the turtles, I saw hundreds of frogs.
On the other side of the bridge I could also see a large alligator in the water. The alligator moved to the sand on the bank. I began to be a bit frightened. The alligator was gigantic and I was afraid it might try to attack us. I asked myself what I would do if I saw the alligator attacking someone else. If I had a gun I might shoot it.
