I was in a nice, large modern house. Although the house was in the country, some other new houses were nearby. I had somehow acquired the house, although I wasn't yet exactly sure how. I hadn't yet moved any furniture in and the house was still empty. The house even had a couple sunken baths in it.

The phone rang and when I answered it, Jon was on the other end and he said, "I can't believe it. You're there."

Apparently Jon had thought I was going to visit him at his house tonight, but I told him I hadn't had any plans to visit him tonight. I told him I would have called if he had wanted me to. I then began telling him about this new house which I had bought. I explained that one of my uncles had had to sell a nearby piece of property for about $120,000 so I could get this house, but I couldn't really explain why that had to be done.
