(1) Two pounds of cubed chili meat or one pound of cubed meat + one pound of course- ground beef (2) One tablespoon Veg. ( I prefer "RO-TEL") (8) one 9 ounce can of tomato sauce and on can of water (9)1 bay leaf (10) 2/3 cup of chili powder (11) 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder (12) one tablespoon cayenne pepper In a deep skillet, brown the meat cubes in the oil. Then add the ground to brown. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir in and simmer with lid on for 5 minutes add #7 through #12, stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover , and simmer for 1 hour and 15 minutes stirring every 10 -15 minutes remove bay leaf, and beans (option) remove from heat, top with grated cheese.Cover til cheese melts Serve and Enjoy 50% of the beef may be substituted with venison or buffalo. (1) 1/2 to 3/4 pound of cubed velvetta processed cheese (2) One 10 ounce can of diced tomatoes and green chili peppers (drained) (3) One teaspoon of onion powder (4) 1/2 tablespoon red cayenne pepper Melt cheese on low heat. Combine #2, #3, and #4. Stir in with cheese. Enjoy and serve with Tortilla Chips
(1) One 10-12 pound brisket (2) salt and pepper (3) "season-all" seasoning (4) seasoned meat tenderizer (5) onion powder (6) garlic salt (7) hickory flavor barbecue sauce (8) 1/2 stick of margarine (9) bottle of "liquid smoke" sauce (10) Worcestershire Sauce In a roaster pan, place 2 large sheets of heavy-duty alum. foil place the brisket on the foil. On low heat, melt 1/2 stick of margarine in a sauce pan. Add 2 cups liquid smoke, 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and stir well.. Brush or spoon on the entire exposed area of the brisket. Next, sprinkle on the salt, pepper, tenderizer, season-all and garlic salt. (light on the garlic). Last, add the onion. ***Fold over and crimp the foil to completely seal-in the brisket. Place lid on roaster and oven cook at 250 degrees for 7 - 7 1/2 hours. It's great!! Enjoy
(1) 3 cups milk (2) 2 eggs (3) 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (4) 2 cups sugar (5) approx. 1/3 cup sifted flour (6) 1 small box vanilla wafers (7) "nice" bananas Combine milk, eggs and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, stir in flour to your desired consistency. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Layer bottom and lower sides of a clear glass bowl with wafers. Alternate layers of wafer, pudding and bananas. Cool and serve.
