Good Luck Bear - Good Luck Bear is the Care Bear's mascot. She's a happy-go-lucky sort of girl, trusting, beyond a shadow of a doubt that luck will turn everybody rosy. Although she's never afraid to take a chance, when her luck wears a little thin or is slow in coming, her impulsiveness can get her and those she's with in serious trouble.
Teresa Hernandez - Teresa's been a good friend of mine since 7th grade. She plays alto saxophone and now lives in Cuero, TX. She's hyperactive and always looking to do something fun or for some mischief to get into. Although she has a different boyfriend everyday, she's really sweet and always willing to try on fuzzy bras at Hot Topic with you. She'll laugh at everything you say (which often cause food or drinks to fly out of her mouth. She'll be going into the air force in October.
Grumpy Bear - Grumpy is the self imposed fall guy; continually grumbling about anything and everything, especially about always being the one who ends up having to do all the work. Even so, Grumpy never lets anyone help him because it's all part of his act. He has an undeniable knack for turning an easy task into something impossibly difficult and along with Secret Bear, Grumpy provides a never ending supply of comic relief to the world of the Care Bears. But sometimes Grumpy Bear goes too far when someon is not sure how to take his grumblings and ends up taking them the wrong way.
Ross Pruett - Ross is the kinda guy who always wants to do sumptin fun, but never wants to have to put too much effort into it. He has the worst road rage on the face of the earth. He prides himself on being the best dressed in the entire world and being liked, appreciated and loved by everyone around him. He attends the architecture school at the University of Texas at Austin.
Harmony Bear - Harmony Bear is the musical bear; an up-beat bee-bopper who is always jiving to the latest beat. Although she continually advocates that music does indeed soothe the savage ear, she often finds herself in a tight spot when she can't figure out exactly what kind of music will do the trick.
Laura Roy - I've known Laura since I was in 1st grade and she hasn't changed a bit since then. She likes to color with crayons, she hasn't learned what an "inside voice" is yet, everyone is her friend, and her mouth opens as wide as a hippo's when she laughs. Laura plays the bass clarinet and is learning how to play clarinet. She loves dressing up and changes her hairstyle and color every 5 seconds. She attends the University of Texas at Austin.
Love a Lot Bear - Love a Lot is the eternal romantic of the group; the Cupid. No matter what's going on, Love a lot equates it all to romance. Like Cupid, Love a Lot has the power to make people fall inlove with one another and he is not above using a few tricks to achieve his goal.
Chris Reese - Reese is the sweetest guy on the face of the earth. He's hilarious and has an awesome smile. He never refuses an offer for a hug, but watch out because he's stronger than he looks and his hugs can be rib-crushing. Everyone loves him and he always remember to say "God Bless" (sumptin I look forward to) when saying goodbye. He's be a senior at Judson High School.
Tenderheart Bear - Tenderheart is the organizer, arbitrator, and unofficial leader of the Care Bears. He has the power to inspire others to follow his lead, whether it's the other bears, hearts, flowers, bees, or trees. However, Tenderheart has great difficult knowning when to draw the line at being the 'nice guy'. So concerned about not hurting anyone's feelings, he will often carry someone along too far, inadvertently setting them up for an even bigger fall. It's at this point that Tenderheart always calls for help.
Marc Schulz - Marc is Mr. Nice Guy. He never has anything negative to say and cracks me up. Even though he towers over everyone with his incredible height, he's got to be among the top five huggers in the entire world. He's there for anything you need from him and always has something kind and encouraging to say. He's be a senior at Judson High School.
Secret Bear - Secret Bear is the mime of the group. He prefers to act out everything in a comical Harpo Marx fashion, almost killing himself with pantomime, distorted expression and even charades to get his message across. Secret Bear is the confidante of each and ever Care Bear, having the power to guard secrets like no one else mainly because using his silent communication techniques never gets anything across. Nothing can make Secret Bear slip his tongue, or at least no one yet has been able to understand his secret. However, Secret Bear is often too secretive for his own good as well as everyone else's. No matter what he hears, he'll keep it to himself, even if it means the difference between total destruction or saving the day. Secret Bear just cannot bring himself to divulge even the smallest secret under any circumstance!
Alan Moe - Alan "Alamo" Moe is the best thing since sliced bread. Originally from New Orleans, he speaks french and brings with him the fun habits that only a New Orleans resident could have. His funny pantomime and commentary with double meanings keeps everyone laughing for hours. He's very smart and can do achieve anything that he wants, if his saucy humor doesn't get in the way. Alan is definitely an acquired taste. He often sticks his foot in his mouth by saying something inappropriate, but after all, that's what makes him Alan. He attends the University of Texas at Austin, but I know that he wishes he were at Tulane with me.
