The salesgirl

Any time I enter your shop door,
Tho you may be as busy as a bee,
You always have a friendly greeting for me.

With eyes that sparkle like diamonds,
And a radiance like pure gold,
You are truely a treasure to behold.

With a smile so refreshing,
And a friendly "How do you do."
It's a pleasure knowing someone like you.

Tho our paths cross for only a moment in time,
Fleeting, as a star falling from above,
These are the things memories are made of.

Your smile has added sunshine on a dreary day,
You always have a few kind words to say,
To ease the bumps along life's way.

As you go your way and I go mine,
Always dream for tomorrow, but enjoy today,
And may happy memories be with you along the way.
