First, download and run the VBRun60sp3.exe file. This installs the runtime, drivers and various other files that any program written in Visual Basic requires. Provided by support.microsoft.com
Second, download the DragonSlave.zip (approx 540Kb) and unzip it. There are 3 files inside, Setup.lst, setup.exe and DragonSlave.CAB
Third, Run the setup.exe file and the installation program will guide you through the rest of the process.
Special thanks go out to MikeC on the comp.lang.basic.visual.misc newsgroup for his help getting the function to count the lines of DS working as fast as it does now. (Used to take up to 20 or 30 seconds for a 50K file, now takes less than a second for the same file)
I hope that you find my Dragon Script editor useful, and create many wonderful dreams with it!
If you have any problems with this page or the DragonSlave program, or suggestions, please let me know at MStar80805@aol.com
I regret to say I can't help with the dragon scripting itself, so problems with the Dragon Script language or quesitons about it, I cannot answer. I'm still learning DS myself, that's why I created a tool to help write DS.
