The Warhorse
(Submitted by Horse150)

Like a thunderbolt the horse zips past!

Wham! Like an arrow smashed in to the foe!

Crack! Hooves meet shields!

The enemy foot soldiers run,

They scream, My time has come!

The black horse chased them far,

Stronger than lion, swifter than car.

Like a thunderbolt the horse zips past!

Wham! Like an arrow smashed in to the foe!

Crack! Hooves meet shields!

The horse overtakes the men,

Murders them there and then!

The great black warhorse reared up straight,

As the enemy soldiers met their fate.

Like a thunderbolt the horse zips past!

Wham! Like an arrow smashed in to the foe!

Crack! Hooves meet shields!
