"Two Under The Moon"

The stallion walked across the sand,
in the dark of night.
The bright full moon shone upon the land,
Not one other horse was in sight.

A sudden roar from the sea,
mad his head turn 'round.
A white mare rose from the water with glee,
and dashed onto the ground.

The stallion leaped and whinnied at the sigh,
as the mare swung her head in different poses.
She fled at him in full flight,
then stopped, and the two of them rubbed noses.

The two nickered and rubbed muzzles the same,
they knew morning would be here soon.
So, they went on with their playful game,
The two under the moon.
