Liability and Release
By using any of these sites, you implicitly acknowledge that because we are not involved in any actual transactions, you indemnify DollTalk and KellyTalk and hold us, our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees, harmless from claims, demands and actual and consequential damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with related disputes.
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SITE, OUR SERVICES OR THIS AGREEMENT (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE).

Certain services of the DollTalk and KellyTalk messageboards provide a forum for individuals to post information, including personal messages and items to be sold or traded. DollTalk/KellyTalk is in no way involved in any transactions that take place as a result. Because of this, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the posted items, the truth or accuracy of the postings, or, in the case of items to be sold or traded, the ability of posting sellers to provide the indicated items. We cannot ensure, sponsor, or facilitate any transactions.
We do not confirm user identities, and do not assume any responsibility or liability for misrepresentation by individuals using these sites. We do not control the information posted by individuals on these sites. You may find posted information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive, and we encourage the use caution, common sense, and safe trading practices.
Individuals may not knowingly or willing post on any portion of the Messageboards (DollTalk or KellyTalk) any item or information which may be constituted as a civil wrong in a court of law, which violates the legal rights of another individual, or which violates the laws of any governing body which may hold jurisdiction over any part of the transaction or associated communications. We reserve the right to ban individuals, or groups of individuals who are deemed to be, in the sole reasonable judgement of DollTalk or KellyTalk, a nuisance, or consistently in violation of the rules and policies here stated. We also reserve the right to contact any service providers or organizations believed to be sponsoring, facilitiating, or enabling, knowingly or unknowingly, any such activities in our exercise of these rights.
