Angels: Companions in Magick
Silver RavenWolf (1999 Llewellyn Publications)

Silver RavenWolf constantly comes through with charm, humor, firmly-but-gently, and informative style. In this book, she offers the reader a chance to commune with these cherished guides on levels that were hardly ever thought of. Her heart-warming anecdotes and skilled writing technique makes this book hard to put down. Simple, but effective rituals, talismans, divination techniques, meditations, and in-depth coverage on which Angel would best suit your purpose, it makes this work invaluable in practice as well as study. She takes you into the world of Angels in a way that can have a dramatic and positive impact on your life.

Covencraft
Amber K (1998 Llewellyn Publications)

This is a huge volume that covers everything I can think of in the formation of a coven. Amber K gives you the ups, downs, ins, outs, and more with details on everything from grammar and terminology, what it is to be a witch, to coven business and selecting members. This book really gets down to the "nuts and bolts" of how a coven works, and equips you with the knowledge of what to expect in a coven and how to work with it.
A must-read for all looking to join, form, or expand within a coven.

The 21 Lessons of Merlyn (A study in Druid magic and lore)
Douglas Monroe (1998 Llewellyn Publications)

Douglas Monroe offers the reader a completely new view of the Arthurian Legends. This book takes you on a magnificent journey, back to the days when Merlyn first met the young boy who would become king. From here, you travel with Merlyn and Arthur as they grow in the relationship of Mentor/student, and friends. This exciting book has 21 sections of story, with a lesson in Druidic magic after each one. This work is one that can be enjoyed, as well as used in learning the Magickal Arts.

Flying Without a Broom
D.J. Conway (1995 Llewellyn Publications)

Astral travel is a very ancient practice that has opened innumerable doors for the magickal practitioner. In this book, Conway starts from the very beginning and brings her readers to a good grasp of what it is, how to do it, what to do with the ability, and much more. She dispells many of the myths about astral travel,
and brings it all together in a way that can cause one to lose track of time. Well-written.

There is much more to come, so check back often.
