When You Need a Hammer... Everything Looks Like a Nail

Hola, To Everyone and Welcome to Brian Perry's Little Place on the WWW. So, I finally decided to do some work on the page as if anyone out there really cares. Well things are starting to shape up for me I am out of the army in 6 months, 28 May 2003. Then I am headed out into the great unknown. I am going to update the picture and begin some of my menaderings that I always wanted to do on this page!! so here it goes!! And one more thing, be sure and sign my GUESTBOOK!!

I guess that I better update this page a little now since it is starting to get some hits from people seaching for info on Togetherfest!! I got a few pics that I will be posting in the days to come...from me at a Santana show, pictures of the STROKES and a few pics of me with the Red Elvises!! The Pictures aren't that great but what can you expect with one of those throwaway cameras. Still waiting to see my first show of the new year WHO WILL IT BE? I know that I have not been that noble in updating my page but of well I am terribly sorry about that. You know how everyone starts this great adventure when they begin their webpage and they work on it for a while, then the slack off when life starts creeping in. Well that is what I have done for too long....Well Soulball has called it quits..At least that is what Chris L and Chris D keep telling..but I keep my hopes up!! Chris D is touring under a new name called something like Wookie Bait with members of Soulball minus of course Chris L. I hope to catch a show with them coming up at Togetherfest 2003. I haven't heard much about Togetherfest since the spring time when it ended short due to the fuzz showing up. Surely they will come to their senses and keep it at Pocahontas again this year.
El Buho Is currently in the studio working on a follow up to his 2000 debut Wham Bam Boodle entitled Earth Breath. Which should be out sometime early next year. I had a talk with El Buho at Christmas time and he is headed out to do a tour of the Southwest in Feb and March so go out and check him out if you get a chance. Until then go out and see some live music....BDP

…see the whole thing is a world full of rucksack wanderers, Dharma Bums refusing to subscribe to the general demand that they consume production and therefore have to work for the privilege of consuming, all that crap they didn’t really want anyway such as refrigerators, TV sets, cars, …all of them imprisoned in a system of work, produce, consume, work, produce, consume, I see a vision of a great rucksack revolution thousands or even millions of young Americans wandering around with rucksacks, going up to mountains to pray, making children laugh and old men glad, making young girls happy and old girls happier, all of ‘em Zen Lunatics who go about writing poems that happen to appear in their heads for no reason and also by being kind and also by strange unexpected acts keep giving visions of eternal freedom to everybody and to all living creatures.
