Texas Jaycee Foundation College Scholarship Program Application Form The Texas Jaycee Foundation will award scholarships on a "need" basis to persons wishing to enroll in an accredited Texas college, university or technical school. All scholarships will be awarded to applicants that meet the following requirements and can prove their need on this written application. Fill out, print and mail this form to the address given along with all needed documentation and copies, etc. Applicant must be a permanent resident of the State of Texas. Applicant must be a full time student or employed full time attending school part time. Applicant need not be a member of the Jaycees. A grant, not to exceed $1,000.00, will be paid DIRECTLY to an accredited institution in the State of Texas - No Exceptions. Members of the Texas Jaycees Foundation Board of Directors, their families, including their Father, Mother, Spouse, Children and Grandchildren, are ineligible as recipients. This program is intented to provide a service to our community and its citizens. Four scholarships will be awarded annually based on the applicant's financial need, community involvement and personal goals and aspirations. Deadline for submission is the second Monday of January of any year. Any application received with a postmark later than this date will NOT be considered.
