Things to Remember
Who God is:
Deut.32:4: He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.
Joh.4:24: God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
Human flesh will die because of sin:
Heb.9:27: And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
There is fiery punishment for those without the Savior:
Matt.25:41: Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
Rev. 20:15: And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
None of us deserves the goodness of God:
Eccl.7:20: For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.
Isa.64:6: But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
Rom.3:10-12: As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
The law of God shows us all sinners:
Rom.3:19-20: Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God.
Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.
Jesus Christ is the Savior:,
Joh:14:6: Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Joh:11:25: Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
The Good News that saves any sinner:
Rom.3:21-23: But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
1Corinth.15:3-4: For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
The shed blood of Jesus Christ justifies us completely:
Eph:1:7: In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
Rom.5:8-9: But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
Jesus Christ did all the necessary work to save us:
Rom.3:26: To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
Rom.10:4: For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
If you trust what Jesus Christ did, you are saved from wrath:
Eph:1:13: In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
1Thess.1:10: And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.
