VILET JO NORRIS, 84, of Forney, TX formerly of the
Bethel Community in Henderson County, passed away on
Aug. 14, 2012, in Dallas, with burial in Oaklawn
Memorial Park.
Mrs. Norris She was born Jan. 28, 1928 In Dallas to
the late Robert Louie and Hazel Lucille McDowell Clark.
Jo resided in the Bethel Community for 22 years before
moving to Forney in 2008. She formally was a member of
the County Line Baptist Church in Walton and is presently
a member of the Trinity Family Church in Forney. Jo
retired from Lucent Technology in 1990 after a 20 year
tenure.
She was preceded in death by a brother Robert Louie Clark,
Jr.
Survivors at the time of her death include husband of 65
years, Douglas W. Norris of Forney; daughter, Lynne Reynolds
and husband Norman of Mesquite; grandchildren, Kim Hume
and husband Frank, John Rainwater, Jr. and wife Neetu; 5
great-grandchildren, Danielle Rainwater, Conner Hume,
Anna Hume, Olivia Rainwater, and William Rainwater III.
