JOYCE YVONNE BELL COMSTOCK of Mesquite, TX passed away
March 25, 2011.
Yvonne, as her family called her, was born in Osage, AR
on May 16, 1932 to parents Charles Bryant & Anna Myrtle
(McCollough) Bell. She graduated from the School of the
Ozarks in 1950. After settling in Tulsa, OK Yvonne met
Paul Eugene Comstock whom she married in 1959. In 1969
they moved to Mesquite, TX where she worked for Western
Electric/AT&T until her retirement in 1989. Yvonne loved
spending time with her family whether it was traveling
across the country or simply sharing a home cooked meal.
At the time of her death, Yvonne was survived by two sons,
David and Roger Comstock, of Mesquite, TX; grandsons, Chris,
Bryan, Charlie and Jeremy Comstock; brothers, Chuck Bell of
Slidell, LA, and Bill Bell of Berryville, AR; and numerous
nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
Yvonne was preceded in death by her parents Bryant & Myrtle;
husband, Paul; brothers, R.C., J.H. and Jack Bell; & sister,
Diane (Bell) McQueary.
