PATRICK H. COLLINS, JR., 34, of Ranger, passed away
January 16, 2003, at the Eastland Memorial Hospital.
Burial was in the Simpson Cemetery.
Patrick was born to Pat and Patsy Norris Collins on
August 13, 1968, in Ranger, Texas. He grew up in Ranger
and graduated from Ranger High School in 1987 and attended
Ranger College. Patrick was a musician, performing with
groups in Fort Worth and Austin, and had his own group,
The Collins and Hill Band. He was a member of the First
United Methodist Church of Ranger, the Eastland Masonic
Lodge and had been Master of the Ranger Masonic Lodge the
past two years.
At the time of his death, he was survived by his parents,
Pat and Patsy Collins of Eastland; a brother, Bill Collins
of Watauga; three nephews, Zach Collins, Heath Collins and
Bradley Collins; a special friend, Lisa Reason of Ranger;
and her children, Katy, Aaron and Daniel; and by numerous
aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Brad Collins (RHS-
1977) in 1990.
