Ranger Exes Memorial - RHS Class of 1965

Pat Fisher PAT FISHER, 33, was killed in a plane crash near Ranger, TX in 1978, with interment at Mount Zion Cemetery. He attended Ranger High School in the Class of 1965 at Ranger. He was born June 26, 1946, in Ranger, TX and was a car salesman at Fisher's Used Cars, operated by his father. He married Jeri Dempsey in March of 1975, in Ranger. He was a member of the Baptist Church. His parents were Mr. and Mrs. T.C. "Shorty" Fisher of Ranger. He had two daughters, Jana & Kim. His brother was Mike Fisher (RHS-1961) of Ranger and a sister Mrs. F.D. (Janie Fisher) Hogg (RHS-1963). FATHER: T.C. "SHORTY" FISHER, 80, owner of T.C. Fisher Used Cars for more than 55 years, died in April of 1998 at a local nursing home. Burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery. Mr. Fisher was born in Eastland County and attended school in the Ranger area. He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church & was the widower of Iona "Nona" Vee Fisher. Shorty was proceeded in death by a son, Pat Fisher (RHS-1965). Survivors at the time of his death include one son, Mike Fisher (RHS-1962) of Ranger; one daughter, Janie Fisher Hogg (RHS-1963) of Stephenville; one sister, Evelyn Fisher Hammond (RHS-1939) of Brownwood; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
