BILLIE JEAN ALEXANDER VANN, 65, of Odessa,
TX, died on Nov. 15, 1996, with burial in
Monahans Memorial Cemetery at Monahans, TX.
She was born on Sept. 23, 1931, in Ranger, TX,
to Milton Hugh & Trudie May Hardy Alexander. She
attended Ranger High School in the Class of 1948
and married Barton E. Vann in 1977. She was a
practical nurse and a member of the Southside
Baptist Church.
Survivors include her mother, Trudie Alexander,
of Monahans; two daughters, Trudie Jo Wright
and Allison Byars, both of Odessa; a brother,
Milton Alexander (RHS-1946) of Monahans; seven
grandchildren; & a great-grandchild. Her sister
was Betty Jo Alexander Suttle (RHS-1946).
