FRANK LYON JEWELL JR., 59, died March 28, 1983 in
Eldorado, TX. He was born July 9, 1923 in Grandfield,
OK, to Frank Jewell, Sr. and Ruby Lee Suitor Jewell.
His brother was Harold C. Jewell (RHS-1944). Frank
Jr. attended Ranger High School in the Class of 1941
at Ranger, TX and married Thelma Neeley in 1942. They
had two daughters, Diana & Tami.
WIFE: THELMA WILLMETTA NEELEY JEWELL, 86, passed
away on Nov. 21, 2011, at her residence in Early, TX,
with her family by her side, with burial at Evergreen
Cemetery. Thelma was born in Ranger, TX, on Sept. 30,
1925 and then later moved to Strawn, TX. She was
preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Frank Jewell
Jr.; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Neeley; & two brothers,
Robert and Howard Neeley. She is survived by her
daughters, Dianna Eddings & husband Norman of Monahans
and Tami Brooks of Las Vegas, NV; her son from the
heart, John Schroeder of Monahans, TX; grandchildren,
Joey Eddings and his wife Christi, Greg Eddings, Bryan
Brooks, and Skyler Wright; great-grandchildren, Nicol
and Cameron Eddings; sister, Betty Frevdiger; brother,
Claude Neeley, and many nieces and nephews.
