Ranger Exes Memorial - RHS Class of 1941

Wanda Skinner Hebert WANDA SKINNER HEBERT, 83, was in the Ranger High School Class of 1941 in Ranger, TX. On Aug. 5, 2006, Christ called home his good and faithful servant, Wanda Skinner Hebert. Wanda passed peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family and her baby cat, Peanut, with interment at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery in Pearland, TX. Wanda was born on June 18, 1923 in Mingus, TX, and had been a resident of Pearland, TX, for the last 20 years. She was a member of Second Baptist Church, Pearland. Wanda retired from Harris County Hospital District where she loved providing assistance to all those who passed through the doors of Ben Taub's Emergency Room. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Robert "Bob" Hebert, and her loving children son, Robert "Bobby" Hebert, daughter-in-law Debbie Hebert; daughter Winnifred L. "Susie" Hebert, partner Laurie Simkins; beloved sister Winnifred Skinner Peloquin (RHS-1941); nephew Glenn Peloquin and wife Patsy; great-nephews David and wife Suzanne Peloquin; Tony and wife Lynn Peloquin; Jeff Peloquin; and a host of other loving relatives. She was preceded in death by her mother, Winnie Belle Skinner; father Fred Buford Skinner, and her brother, David Washington Skinner.
