BETTY FRANK WEEKES VEYRAN, 79, died in 2004 in
Irving, TX, with burial at Alameda Cemetery near
Ranger, TX.
Mrs. Veyran was born on June 25, 1925 in Eastland
County to Frank & Nona Clem Weekes. She attended
school in Ranger and went to Ranger College. She
was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian
Church. She traveled extensively living in Japan,
Saudi Arabia and Alaska; she had friends and family
from coast to coast.
Mrs. Veyran is survived by two sisters-in-law, Georgina
and Yolanda Veyran of Pueblo Mexico and many beloved
nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by
her parents, husband, Herb, two brothers and five
sisters. One brother was Joe Weekes (RHS-1933).
