LYNDLE "SPUD" SUMMERS, 65, was in the Ranger
High School Class of 1939. He was born March 16,
1920 and was living in Ranger, TX when he died
in Sept. of 1985. He married Eloise "Polly"
Packwood, also of RHS-1939. They had two
daughters, Vicki Lyn Summers O'Donald (RHS-1969)
of Wylie, Dana Kay Summers Maxwell (RHS-1965) of
Denton & one son, Sam Summers (RHS-1961) of North
Richland Hills, TX. Mr. Lyndle Summers owned
& operated the Ranger Iron Works.
