Ranger Exes Memorial - RHS Class of 1933 RJC

THOMAS C. "T.C." WEAVER, age 88, of Belton died on August 15, 2005 in a Temple hospital. Graveside services were held at Evergreen Cemetery in Ranger, TX. Mr. Weaver was born Feb. 24, 1917 in Avery, TX, to Elisha P. & Annie B. Darnell Weaver. He attended Ranger schools, Ranger Jr. College and Texas A&M University. He served in the U.S. Army in World War II. He married Loretta "Mutt" Thompson (RHS-1937) in June of 1938 in Ranger. He retired from Lone Star Gas in 1973 and Ranger College in 1985. He was a life long resident of Ranger until moving to Belton in 1993. A lifetime member of Ranger Masonic Lodge and the First United Methodist Church in Belton. He was a resident of Park Place Manor in Belton where he was President of the Resident Council. At the time of his death, survivors include: two daughters, Carolyn Seay (RHS-1957) and husband Fred (RHS-1955) of Midland, and Brenda Severn (RHS-1964) and husband Ray of Belton; four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. His brothers were: Everett Weaver (RHS-1941) and Joseph Weaver (RHS-1938). Mary Allen (RHS-1936) was his sister. Harvey Dale Weaver was his brother and Clara Mae Weaver was a sister.
