THELMA CAPPS, 78, was born Feb. 16, 1912 & died
August 7, 1990. She was in the Ranger High School
Class of 1928 at Ranger, TX. Her mother was Mary
C. Capps, who died at Ranger in 1966. Thelma had
two brothers, Hubert Capps (RHS-1924) and Delbert
Capps, RHS-1930). Delbert owned and operated Capps
Photo Studio in Ranger for many years.
