Ranger Exes Memorial - RHS Class of 1925

Jennie Robison JENNIE LANSDEN ROBISON STOUTZ was born Nov. 17, 1907, in Springfield, TN, to the Reverend and Mrs. George Daniel Robison. She graduated from Ranger High School at Ranger, TX, and from Texas Tech University and later received a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Houston. In 1944, she married Henry Donald Teshner. She taught English at Robert E. Lee & Lamar High Schools in Houston. Her husband died in 1962 and in 1965, she married Henry Stoutz who later died in 1977. She was a member of the Houston Association of Retired Teachers, the Texas Retired Teachers Association, and a member of Chapter CO of the PEO Sisterhood, an organization of major importance to her throughout her adult life. At the time of her death, April 6, 2003, she was a resident of the Hallmark Retirement Community at Houston. Survivors include her brother, Polk Robinson (RHS-1929) of Lubbock, Texas; two step-children, Fancher Gotesky and Henry Stoutz, Jr. (M.D.); eight Robison nieces and nephews; & a brother-in-law, Huston Lobingier.
