Germs and bacteria of all kinds can be tracked onto your carpeting with the dirt that is brought in on shoes. Even the use of treated door mats can not prevent this.
All these germs are alive and thriving in your carpet, and as long as it remains dirty they will continue to breed and grow.
Soapy, sticky residue from conventional shampoo and dry foam methods of cleaning will cause rapid resoiling. Spots and stains will surface again because they were only pushed a little deeper, and the traffic lanes will appear dirty much sooner.
Sand, grit and hard dirt particles which are deeply imbedded in your carpet will cause wear by cutting off the fibers at the base when the weight of foot traffic is put upon them.
Just like a hard surface floor, which must be scrubbed or mopped often to keep it clean, so does your carpet, it gets just as dirty...it just doesn't show as much because the dirt is pushed down inside the carpet pile.
Many disinfectants and harsh detergents can damage and effect the carpet dye. It is this dye damage which causes you to first notice a change in the color of your carpet. And the longer these foreign elements are allowed to remain in your carpet, the more likley there will be damage to the dye in the fibers.
There is a tested, proven and unique carpet cleaning system, called Bane-clene, which will fully clean and freshen your carpets. No harsh brushes or abrasive chemicals are used, so Bane-clene leaves carpets soft, with the texture restored, the colors brightened and better able to withstand future soiling. Bane-clene lets carpets dry faster, stay cleaner and and last longer. With Bane-clene, all the cleaning equipment is in the truck - and STAYS in the truck - nothing comes into your home but the operator, with the cleaning wand and a long hose. We bring our own pre-softened water: we don't use your water or disposal facilities. All the dirty water and unpleasant odor goes out through the hose into the truck - there's no messy clean-up afterwards. This is our method at Quality Carpet Cleaning.
