Quest: The Lost Key of VvV.

Ye hath heard of a great quest that needed to be completed. Overly interested in learning more about it and the great treasure it might produce, ye inquire.

Bliss motions for you to sit down, as she begins telling about the quest.
"Long ago, when the castle VvV now holds was still a dream, miners would mine day in and day out. Slaving away with shovels, Kin hoped that some day the backbreaking labor would earn a castle for the guild. As ye can see with thine eyes, that dream turned into reality." Bliss pauses a moment, taking a drink of wine.

"The full tale, once recorded is lost. Over the years it hasth become confused. Different versions told," she waves her hand around, looking sadder than when you first saw her.

"Maybehaps tis nothing but a rumor...." her voice fades.

She looks lost in her own thoughts so ye inquire about the rumor.

Her eyes focus on thee again and she nods. "Aye tis a rumor. Long ago, when VvV only had a small home near those mines that paid for the fine castle you can view today, there was a guild UnDead Lord (UDL). They stole the key for that home, hence the home crumbled. Lost. And lost in it.." she mutters before taking another drink of the white wine. "Lost in it was logs and history that we will never reclaim..." voice fades again, followed by a soft sigh. "Rumor has it, that if the key is reclaimed, a great treasure will follow. As I said there are different versions. So many that I will not go into them. But if ye doesth find this great lost key, it would clear the rumors."

Bliss gets up and walks to the window looking out of it, "Tis said the key is somewhere hidden...where the killers of UDL could lurk and hath no worries of guards. A place nay safe for those of the pure heart." She sighs softly and turns to look at you, face filled with worry. "If ye go, go nay alone fore if ye do, a friend might have to find thine ghost to giveth back life. The most likely tale, says the key is hidden in some secret caverns on an island. I have searched for it for many moons with nay luck, but perhaps thine luck is better...." She stops talking and dismisses you with a wave of her hand, looking troubled. You get up and leave quickly. These words echo in your mind "Island...Hidden Caverns...Unguarded... Lost Key..." You make your way to the town to search for the cavern and the key.

The Quest Hath Started...

The even air held a slight chill, but it seemed peaceful enough. Bliss sat down thinking about the rumor. She was sure it was somewhere hidden on the island of Bucs Den. "Maybe I should go have a look see first," she thought to herself as she paced back and forth in the two-story. "Then I can see what dangers are going to be ahead of us," she ran her hands down her fancy dress, smoothing the wrinkles. It had be decided. She was going to look around Bucs Den, alone.

Bliss grabbed her spellbook and extra mandrakeroot, mounted her horse, and focused on a rune. She opened her eyes and looked around. The jungle. The jungle of Bucs Den. "No guards," she thought, shivers creeping up and down her spine. She walked slowly around, looking for a hidden entrance to cavern. She dismounted her steed and lead it by side of her, as she walked. Her eyes searched, "I wonder if..." She was falling, arms reached for something to grab to...anything that would break her fall. Too late. THUD. There was blackness all around her. She could hear the rats sqeaking. "In Lor," she quickly mumbled and look around with her night vision. "Oh my," she gasped, looking around the hidden caverns under BUCs she had fallen into.

Her mind raced,"was it true," she thought, "is the key really here?"

Suddenly she saw a member of UDL. Bliss ran away, marked a rune in the shadows, then quickly recalled to VvV's Keep. To safety.

She was greeted by fellow VvV members and told them all of her findings in a shakey voice. Bliss wanted to go down there quickly and search for the key, but Banedon was the first to express his concern. "How many," he asked, "What type?" Bliss was certain they would be fine if the stuck together. After moments of talking, they all agreed to.

Moments later they were all gathered at the chilly caverns, along with a friend. The ventured deeper intot he caverns, staying close together. Angel held her bow tight in hand, ready for any trouble. Eli rode a bit ahead on his mount, then would double back to the group. Banedon, seemed rather tense as if preparing for the worst. Bliss trotted behind Tag, and kept looking over her shoulder. Suddenly a shout was heard, "We found them!"

Outside of a crumbling home stood 5 UDL Guardians. The group rushed forward and attacked them. Blood spilled on the floor from both sides. But every VvV member was standing over fallen UDL Guards.

Eli noticed a golden chest within the decaying home. He moved inside of it and opened the chest, withdrew a worn looking key that had a dragon and "VvV" engraved on it. He proudly showed it to all before putting it safely into his pocket.

"Let's get out of here before something goes wrong,"Banedon said, seemingly still tense and worried.

Gates were opened and they all headed back to the VvV Castle. Bliss trembled with excitement, as did others, as Eli showed Queen Aerin the key they had recovered.

It was here, Bliss finished telling the last of the rumor. They were to look for a home with a glowing aura around it. Only a member of Dragon's Claw who had the key could unlock the door. Inside would be great treasures. The home would appear near the lands of VvV. So, they traveled along the coast near lands owned by VvV. Once they had traveled a bit away Eli spotted it. A small home with a glow aura and green mists around it. He rode up and unlocked the door. Magically the sign changed to match all the other public homes that VvV owned. The sign read "Library of Dragon's Claw-VvV." The small group entered the home and looked around in wonder. Bookcases, filled with books-but here in center of home was another golden chest. They peered inside. The lost scrolls! Bliss grabbed them, eyes lighting up with joy.

"I will decode these at once, but I must be careful, fore they are old and frail. I nay want to cause them to crumble to dust." She put the scrolls safely up and removed the shield from the chest. The shield was from Braddok of VvV. Bliss looked puzzled and wondered why the shield was in with the scrolls. "Strange," Bliss thought to herself as she put it on display, but quickly focused her thoughts on the scrolls and the wonder tales they must hold
