The IRC is one of the most powerful tools of the internet. Here you can talk live with people all over the world. You can send and receive files. And do just about anything else.
I go by Nechasin on the IRC. I frequent one channel: #diabetes (my serious channel). Nechasin is a Leni-Lenape Indian word meaning Careful One, which in a lot of ways describes me (most of the time.)

This channel is used as a support group for people with diabetes.
Right now there are regulars who stay on the channel: Me (I go by
Nechasin), Tiggergrm (or tiggrm.). Here
are some pictures of people on the channel. Many other people come and go on the channel. We are usually on in the evenings and are happy to help anyone who needs it. We are also glad to answer questions and just be there for support.
