B) Tell Beth your top bid on the item(s) you wish to bid on. This would be the max amount that you would pay for that item. The showholder and volunteers will bid in your place at the auction. They will not bid over your max amount. For example, if an item sells at $85 and your max bid was $100 for that item, you would be responsible for only the selling price of $85.
C) ALL proxy bids must be received by **DEADLINE EXTENDED!!! Now set to end at NOON, Central Standard Time, Friday 9/18. You will be notified by phone or e-mail on Sunday, September 20th if you had the high bid for any item.
D) Within SEVEN calendar days of being notified of your winning bid(s), you will need to send Beth Andries a money order, cashier's check or credit card number for the full amount of your successful bid(s). Any bids not received within the seven-day time period will be offered to the next-highest bidder. Sorry, no exceptions, this is to be fair to the donators who are expecting quick payment of their goods by the showholder.

...and don't forget the Stone Special Run "Lone Star"!! Here are some pictures of Lone Star's PROTOTYPE to give you an idea of what he'll look like. Sorry, the photos aren't the best - my camera is junk and I didn't have a digital camera available at the time. He's the rearing horse model in a nice steely grey as a minimal white pinto. Keep in mind that he will have more dramatic shading and that the stenciled Texas shape on his flank will be softened by airbrush to look much more like a real horse coat pattern. His wide blaze is actually another stencil of Texas that splays out across his face and you can only make out the shape of Texas by looking at him headon. Again, the stencil will be softened by airbrush.

Item #3) GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR AN 8 X 10" COMMISSIONED WORK OF ANIMAL PORTRAITURE by Judith Northwood of Northwood Studios. It would be a pastel painting, to include a figure (your choice of animal or even fantasy creatures such as unicorns) and non-detailed background. Painting would be single-matted, bringing the size to 11 x 14" and a simple oak frame is included with the certificate. Item #5) TRADITIONAL SIZE LSQ Western Saddle and breastcollar by Kris Ritter of Equi-Cessories. Saddle is black with a black suede seat. There is basketweave stamping in the corners of the skirts and fenders. The horn, front of the pommel, cantle and stirrups are silver-laced. There are nine silver conchos on the saddle, plus a horn cap, pommel plates, corner plates and a cantle plate. The stirrups are adjustable. The billet straps for the front girth are attached to metal "D" rings. The underside of the saddle is wool-lined. It has an average-length skirt with a cutout area beneath the fenders. The breastcollar is black with silver lacing. It has one concho at the center of the chest and has working buckles.
