TEXAS EXPRESSIONS

When Tank the Armadillo and Amour the Puffkin 
retired, Lee Rose searched for an armadillo bean 
bag to satisfy the demand for a Texas souvenir 
for her retail store in San Antonio, Texas.

When her search did not produce a high quality 
product, she decided to produce her own armadillo 
bean bag.

That is how it all began. Lee had a demand by
collectors and customers and she set out to meet 
it. Lee's wholesale company, has developed 
and introduced an exciting line to the bean 
bag arena called the Wildwest Collection.


To meet consumer demands, Texas Expressions has
introduced a 9-inch bean bag. It was 
produced with the details of a real armadillo. 
It has nine bands on his shell, and his facial 
features look very authentic. He is produced in 
four vibrant colors; mint, purple,gray and bright 
tie dye.


The initial armadillo production was only 2500 
pieces.  The WildWest Collection received a second
shipment in November. 


The first 2500 are easy to identify by 
their hang tag. His first hang tag is a round 
blue tag with a red Texas. The second tag will 
display the Wildwest Collection logo and inside 
gives a story about the armadillo.


The 9-inch has two buddies that are larger-Bubba, a 
12-inch tie dyed armadillo bean bag and Tex, 
a 14-inch purple or gray armadillo bean bag. 
Additional accessories can be ordered for 
your new buddies.A Texas Cowboy Hat for $2.00 
extra or a Leather Saddle for $10.00 extra.


Watch for the Wildwest Collection to grow in the 
future and include many of your favorite animals.


The 9-inch has a suggested retail price of $8 and the 
larger bean bags retail at $10-$15 each.

UPDATE:

Texas Expressions' Wildwest Collection of Bean 
Bag animals has grown and now includes Mesquite 
the Wild Mustang, Laredo the Longhorn, Bandera 
the Bobcat, 9-inch Armadillo in gray, Tex 
the Armadillo in gray and Jose the Horned 
Lizard.

Each Month the collection will introduce a new
animal, bird or reptile which may be an 
endangered species.

 A portion of the profits will go to the 
preservation and conservation of each 
endangered species.

Kemp's Ridley Turtle, Grey Wolf, Whooping 
Crane, Brown Pelican and many other animals are
all being planned for release in the near future.

Each animal now has a parchment hang tag with the
Wildwest logo and the animal name. 

The inside of the tag has information about the 
animal, areas they can be found, what they eat, 
their gestation period and their habits.
