Johnny Eck is best known as the legless man from "Freaks." What is less well known is that Johnny had an identical twin brother, Robert:
Johnny and Robert were inseparable, except for the short time Johnny spent in Hollywood filming "Freaks," from their conception until Rob found Johnny dead in his bed in the red brick row house where they were born.
